Cainede Lup: 1. German shepherd in Romanian; also means dog from wolf
At our kennel, Caine de Lup, we are very selective in our breeding program in order to preserve the working line qualities of a German Shepherd. We take close looks at both parents pedigrees and their strengths and weaknesses, in order to produce the best puppies. Our dogs produce puppies that will be suitable in many fields, such as police dogs, family dogs, protection dogs, explosive dogs, search and rescue and sport dogs.
Our breeding program consist of working lines GSD from Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia and Romania. We also import puppies, green or fully trained dogs per request.

Here at Câine de Lup, we strive to match every puppy with your specific intended needs. From day 1, we spend time with each puppy in order to determine the personal traits that the puppy will develop. By the time the puppies are 8-10 weeks of age we already have a very good idea of how that puppy will turn out as a dog, and we can assist you with picking the best puppy based on his/hers character and traits that you require. We constantly interact with the puppies, stimulating them in new environments, other dogs, and sounds in order to build up their confidence and to make sure we can produce a level headed dog.
We keep the training up to date on our titled dogs and constantly work with the green dogs towards obedience and future titles. All of our dogs, adults and puppies, are routinely vet checked. They are also all on site. We have all FCI pink papers from our imported dogs, and AKC information for the dogs that have been whelped in the United States.
We offer a 15% discount to all law enforcement, military and fire fighters. * Except import dogs/puppies.

Our facility is located in Cumming on an 18 acre property with two creeks where the dogs love to swim and cool down in the summer time. The acreage is perfect for training the dogs and letting them run and play. My wife, Kristina, and myself enjoy the outdoors with them.
I, Alex, have had over 15 years experience in the law enforcement field. We, as a family, take pride in what we do, whether it be our family, our job or our dog breeding business. We know that finding the right German Shepherd can be difficult, especially when it comes to an import from Europe. However, I, Alex, am from Europe. I was born and raised in Romania for 15 years and experienced first hand the true workings of a border patrol canine. Our family values what we do and knows the importance of every dog and puppy because we consider our dogs and the puppies as a part of our family.

I was born in Romania and grew up there until I was 15 years old. We lived in the city of Maramures. My father worked on the Romanian border patrol in the communist era, and that is how I came in contact with these kind of working line German Shepherds. Ever since then, I have had a love for this breed. I still go back and forth from Europe and have many relationships with reputable breeders where we import our grown dogs and puppies from.I
